Shree Singh Devi Agricultural Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd. is located in Soyak VDC that lies in the north east of Ilam district. This Cooperative was established in 2063 BS with 27 members with its working area in all the 9 wards of the VDC. It was legally registered in the District Division Cooperative Office, Ilam in the same year. Typically, this cooperative has been covering the people of wards 7, 8 and 9. The main objective of this cooperative is to work in partnership and mutual support towards poverty alleviation through cultural and socio-economic development. This organization aims to work for the welfare of its members by uplifting their economic condition through the adaptation of modern technology in agriculture, dairy farming etc. It also runs a saving and credit program which helps the members get loan at low interest and make investment upon their business and other works. This organization also aims to work in close coordination with donor organizations and invest the available amount into the production of various crops, fruits etc and turn it to a sustainable business so that the economic condition is improved and the members of the organization are employed and their standard of life would uplift. Cooperative was established with the initiation of Mahila Jagaran Sangh Ilam, it has organized several trainings related on agriculture like gingers, fruits, chillies etc .with the help of Mahila Jagaran Sangh Ilam. It has run 2 days health service in this VDC in the assistance of Shree Dr. Mesh Bahadur community Hospital, Ilam. It has partnership relation with Juntara Social Development Centre, Ilam Mahila Jagaran Sangh Ilam, District Development Committee Ilam, District Agriculture Cooperative Ltd.
