Sandakpur is a renowned trekking route of Ilam. It is highest peak of Ilam (3636 M). It is famous for Sunrise/sunset, breath taking mountain views, different kinds of Rhododendrons, flora & fauna etc. Trekking towards Sandakpur starts from Khorsanetar or Gorhuwale. It takes 3 hours drive to Khorsanetar from Ilam bazaar and overnight stay at Khorsanetar. Next early morning walk towards Sandakpur form there. It takes 6 hrs to reach the peak. Trekk up to the peak is great experience and fun.

Day 02 – Simle-Sandakpur via Kalapokhari:
Day 03 – Sandakpur- Maipokhari
Day 04 – Maipokhari-Ilam- Bhadrapur

05 – Bhadrapur - Kathmandu by plane.
