The God Shimha Devi Temple of Gorkhe Village

Godesse Shimha Devi is the important Hindu god, dedicated the god Shimha (Lion), the temple situated at small Thumke Village of Gorkhe village development committee of Ilam district. It is one of famous religious site of Gorkhe. Once of year, all the villagers of Gorkhe organize the religious ceremony to the god Shimhadevi and offers chickens, goats etc to fulfill their desire.
