Sea otter is rare animal of the world which, known as
the hairy-nosed
otter. Sea otters is few number are found in Jogmai River. It is a
aquatic mammal, possessing a strong, rudder-like tail and large hind-feet that
swims in water and eat fish. It has blck and white colored. It has sharp teeth
and claws. It lives in the caves of river.
