Puwamai River Sangrumba Ilam

Puwa is another holy river in the west of Ilam district. It is also called puspamai. Hindu, Buddhist perform religious ceremoies on the bank of the river. It flows with high current of water and joins with Mai. According to legend, if we take bath in the river, we will be free from skin diseases.
